
With hands-on experience managing healthcare operations in UK clinics and GP practices, I founded NextBit Health to give private clinics the operational support they deserve, without the overhead of a full in-house team.
I have worked closely with clinicians throughout my career, building a strong understanding of clinical terminologies, workflows, and the day-to-day realities of running a healthcare practice. My approach combines operational rigour with modern technology to create environments where clinicians can focus on what matters most: patient care.
As Operations Manager at Kenton Clinic, I was responsible for the full operational infrastructure of the practice. I helped the clinic achieve and maintain strong CQC compliance ratings by building systematic processes that left nothing to chance.
I integrated AI systems into clinical workflows, including AI call receptionist support, workflow management tools, and platforms such as One Advanced's Docman, Accurx, Anima AI, Surgery Connect, and Patches AI for patient online workflows. I also established comprehensive protocols and SOPs that kept the clinic fully CQC-compliant at all times, using EMIS (Optum) as the core clinical system with Ardens templates to standardise care pathways.
I supported Barnet PCN through a period of significant growth, helping the network build operational capacity and improve service delivery across multiple practices. Today, they collaborate with leading MPs and continuously improve local health services. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how primary care networks operate and scale, and the unique challenges they face in coordinating care across multiple sites.
Beyond operations, I have built and grown social media profiles for healthcare practices from zero to engaged communities, driving measurable increases in patient enquiries. I understand what resonates with patients online, how to build trust through content, and how to turn digital visibility into real appointments. This is not generic social media management. It is healthcare-specific strategy informed by direct experience inside the clinics I promote.
My background in clinical research, with experience at UCL and City St George's, gives me an evidence-based approach to everything I do. I bring the same rigour to operational consulting that researchers bring to clinical trials: measure, test, improve, repeat.
